- Proven experience as a Powder Coater with expertise in powder coating techniques and equipment operation.

- Knowledge of various coating materials, types, and application methods.

- Understanding of color and texture control in powder coating.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

- Effective communication and teamwork skills.

- Basic mathematical skills for measurements and material calculations.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Familiarity with safety regulations and guidelines related to powder coating processes.

- Experience with automated or manual powder coating systems is a plus.
